BEQUESTS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS
Dave Cosby, a fellow carpenter at CCS, states, "Janice was a loyal, good and true friend. On top of that, she was a wonderful carpenter. I am forever changed because of knowing her as a co-worker and a friend."
Unfortunately, Janice passed away in 1994 at the age of 40 from a rare form of cancer. At that time, her mother and father decided to do something positive to honor their daughter's life and established the Janice Campbell Memorial Scholarship.
"I will never forget how supportive CCS was of my daughter during her illness and at the time of her death" states her mother, Charlotte Campbell. "Because of this, I have included a donation to her scholarship fund in my will."
The fund is now called the Janice and Bruce Campbell Memorial Scholarship fund to include the memory of Janice's father who passed away in 2003.
Janice Campbell is truly missed by her colleagues at CCS, but her legacy lives on through the scholarship established in her name. Giving through a will is a simple, yet meaningful, way to provide support to the organizations that you or your loved ones have cherished during a lifetime.
